On 19th July 2026, Jay Mildren, Musical Director of JPB will be taking fundraising to new heights with a sponsored skydive!
In March 2026, JPB qualified to represent Jersey (and the London & Southern Counties Area) at the National Brass Band Finals, held at The Barbican Theatre, York on 19th /20th Sept.
As a community brass band, we are incredibly proud to showcase Jersey’s musical talent on the national stage. However, attending the championships comes with significant costs, including travel and accommodation for our players, as well as the ongoing running expenses needed to keep the band performing throughout the year.
Funds raised will help support:
- Travel and accommodation expenses for the championships
- Music purchases and day-to-day band costs
- Instrument maintenance and replacements
- A vital new set of timpani, needed by the band and costing around £10,000
Every donation, no matter the size, will help secure the future of Jersey Premier Brass and allow us to continue providing opportunities for musicians across the island.
